Common questions

My portrait doesn't look like my pet.
Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where the whole head is visible. Busy backgrounds and blurry shots reduce likeness.

Generation failed or is slow.
Each image takes 10–30 seconds. If it fails, tap Try again — it's usually a brief network hiccup. Packs make several images at once and take a little longer.

I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel PawTrait Pro?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PawTrait → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Where are my creations stored?
On your device only. Use Save to add them to your Photos, or Share to send them anywhere.

Do you keep my photos?
No. Photos are used only to create your portrait and are not stored by PawTrait. See our privacy policy.
